Code 5013 indicates that the Supercharger has already been installed on a machine. The licence is for 1 install for a single user and cannot be used on two machines at the same time. If you wish to install on a different machine then you need to deactivate it on the original machine before activating it on the new one.
You can Deactivate the software yourself on our Software Portal Here
Use your customer ID, e-mail address or licence key to login. Then go to Licences and Activations and click on the licence ID followed by Manage Activations. Then click on the red X to deactivate the software.
Once this is complete, then you can Activate it on the new machine.
